1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of NextBoard HK (就到站) (the “Service”), operated by FA Workshop (sole proprietor) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service — including browsing anonymously, creating an account, or signing in — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on a privacy matter, the Privacy Policy prevails for that matter.
2. Who we are
The Service is provided by FA Workshop (sole proprietor). The sole proprietor’s legal name (Legal entity / 營運者) is CHAO TSZ CHUNG.
It is an independent product and is not an official application of any Hong Kong public transport operator (including but not limited to KMB, Citybus, NLB, MTR, or LRT).
3. The Service
NextBoard HK helps you view estimated arrival times (“ETAs”) for selected Hong Kong public transport stops, stations, and routes on personal ETA boards, and related features such as search and (when signed in) syncing boards across devices.
3.1 Estimates only
ETAs are estimates derived from third-party operator open data and APIs. They may be late, missing, incorrect, or unavailable. Do not rely solely on the Service for time-critical or safety-critical decisions (for example, whether to board a vehicle or cross a road).
3.2 Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Upstream operator systems, networks, or our infrastructure may fail or change without notice.
4. Accounts
Some features require signing in (for example Google sign-in via Firebase Authentication). You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or breach these Terms.
5. Anonymous and registered use
You may use limited features without an account (for example storing a small number of ETA boards locally on your device). Signing in enables syncing and higher board limits, subject to your plan.
Current product limits (which we may change) include approximately:
- Anonymous: up to 2 ETA boards stored locally
- Registered (non-Pro): up to 5 synced ETA boards
Exact limits are shown in the app and may be updated from time to time.
6. Advertisements
If you are not on a Pro plan, access to ETA features requires your agreement to display advertisements (including Google AdSense) in the Service. Agreeing to ads unlocks ETA for that non-Pro use. Turning advertisements off locks non-Pro ETA until you agree again or upgrade to Pro.
As a product rule, advertisements are intended not to block the display of ETA information. Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control every ad shown.
Pro plans, when available, are ad-free for ETA use under the plan terms shown at purchase.
7. Analytics
Optional anonymous usage analytics (for example Google Analytics 4) are separate from advertisements. Analytics are off by default unless you opt in (for example via a checkbox on the ads gate or Settings). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
8. Pro subscriptions
When Pro is offered for purchase:
- The price and benefits are as described in the app at the time of purchase (currently marketed as HK$18 per month, subject to change).
- Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period, the subscription automatically renews at the then-applicable rate.
- Manage or cancel through the billing or account flows provided when Pro is live (for example in-app or payment provider customer portal). Additional terms shown at checkout also apply.
Refunds and chargebacks, if any, are handled according to the payment provider’s policies and applicable law, as described at purchase.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law
- Circumvent usage limits, ads gates, or security measures
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use automated means in a way that impairs the Service or upstream operator APIs
10. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by FA Workshop or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Names, logos, and data of transport operators remain the property of those operators. Their appearance in the Service does not imply endorsement.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, including (as applicable) Firebase / Google (authentication, advertising, analytics), payment processors such as Stripe when Pro billing is live, and public transport data providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply when you use those features.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ETAS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FA WORKSHOP AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) HK$100 if you have not paid us any fees.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited).
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless FA Workshop from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and, where available, delete your account. We may suspend or stop providing the Service, or terminate your access, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product.
Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

1. 協議
本條款及細則（「本條款」）規管你使用由 FA Workshop（獨資經營）（「我們」）營運的就到站（NextBoard HK）（「本服務」）。
你一經存取或使用本服務——包括匿名瀏覽、建立帳戶或登入——即表示同意本條款。如不同意，請勿使用本服務。
我們如何收集及使用個人資料，載於私隱政策。若本條款與私隱政策在私隱事宜上有衝突，就該事宜以私隱政策為準。
2. 我們是誰
本服務由 FA Workshop（獨資經營）提供。獨資經營者之法定姓名（Legal entity / 營運者）為 CHAO TSZ CHUNG。
本服務為獨立產品，並非任何香港公共交通營辦商（包括但不限於九巴、城巴、嶼巴、港鐵或輕鐵）的官方應用程式。
3. 本服務
就到站協助你在個人到站板上查看所選香港公共交通站點、車站及路線的預計到站時間（「到站時間」），以及相關功能（例如搜尋，以及登入後跨裝置同步到站板）。
3.1 僅為估計
到站時間為來自第三方營辦商開放數據及應用程式介面的估計，可能延遲、缺漏、不準確或無法提供。請勿僅依賴本服務作出具時效或安全關鍵的決定（例如是否登車或過路）。
3.2 可用性
我們會盡力維持本服務可用，但不保證不間斷。上游營辦商系統、網絡或我們的基礎設施可能在未事先通知下故障或變更。
4. 帳戶
部分功能需登入（例如透過 Firebase Authentication 的 Google 登入）。你須提供正確資料，並妥善保管帳戶憑證及裝置。帳戶下的活動由你負責。
我們可暫停或終止濫用本服務或違反本條款的帳戶。
5. 匿名與已註冊使用
你可在沒有帳戶的情況下使用有限功能（例如在裝置本機儲存少量到站板）。登入後可同步並享有較高到站板上限，視乎你的計劃而定。
目前產品上限（我們可予更改）大致包括：
- 匿名： 本機最多約 2 個到站板
- 已註冊（非 Pro）： 同步最多約 5 個到站板
實際上限以應用程式內顯示為準，並可不時更新。
6. 廣告
若你並非 Pro 計劃用戶，使用到站時間功能前須同意在本服務中顯示廣告（包括 Google AdSense）。同意顯示廣告後，非 Pro 用戶方可使用到站時間。關閉廣告會鎖上非 Pro 的到站時間，直至你再次同意或升級至 Pro。
作為產品規則，廣告不應阻擋到站時間的顯示。廣告內容由第三方提供；我們無法控制每一則廣告。
Pro 計劃在提供時，於購買時所示計劃條款下，到站時間使用為無廣告。
7. 使用分析
可選的匿名使用分析（例如 Google Analytics 4）與廣告分開。除非你主動選擇加入（例如在廣告提示畫面的核取方塊或設定內），否則預設為關閉。詳情見私隱政策。
8. Pro 訂閱
當提供 Pro 購買時：
- 價格及權益以購買時應用程式所示為準（目前宣傳為每月 港幣 18 元，可予更改）。
- 除非在試用期或目前計費期結束前至少 24 小時取消，否則訂閱將按當時適用費用自動續訂。
- 請透過 Pro 上線後提供的帳單或帳戶流程管理或取消（例如應用程式內或付款服務商客戶門戶）。結帳時顯示的額外條款亦適用。
退款及退單（如有）按付款服務商政策及適用法律處理，並以購買時說明為準。
9. 可接受的使用
你同意不會：
- 非法使用本服務或損害他人
- 嘗試干擾、過載、濫用爬取，或以法律不容許的方式逆向工程本服務
- 規避使用上限、廣告提示或保安措施
- 虛報身分或所屬關係
- 以損害本服務或上游營辦商介面的方式使用自動化工具
10. 知識產權
本服務的軟件、設計、品牌及文件屬 FA Workshop 或其授權方所有。你僅獲有限、非獨佔、不可轉讓的權利，按本條款作個人、非商業用途使用本服務。
交通營辦商的名稱、標誌及數據仍屬該等營辦商所有。其於本服務中出現並不表示認可。
11. 第三方服務
本服務依賴第三方，包括（按適用情況）Firebase／Google（身份驗證、廣告、分析）、Pro 計費上線後的付款處理商（例如 Stripe），以及公共交通數據提供者。你使用該等功能時，其條款及私隱慣例亦可能適用。
12. 免責聲明
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務按「現況」及「現有」提供，不作任何明示或暗示保證，包括適銷性、特定用途適用性及不侵權。我們不保證到站時間準確、完整或及時。
13. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，FA Workshop 及其營運人員毋須就因你使用本服務而引起的任何間接、附帶、特別、後果性或懲罰性損害，或任何數據、利潤或商譽損失負責。
我們就本服務引起的申索之總責任，不超過以下較高者：（A）申索前 12 個月內你向我們支付的服務費用；或（B）若你未向我們支付任何費用，則為 港幣 100 元。
本條款並不排除香港法律不容排除的責任（包括欺詐，或在禁止排除的情況下因疏忽引致的人身傷害）。
14. 彌償
在法律允許的範圍內，你須就因你濫用本服務或違反本條款而引起的申索、損害及開支（包括合理法律費用）向 FA Workshop 作出彌償並使其免受損害。
15. 變更
我們可不時更新本條款。更新時會更改「最後更新」日期。如屬重大變更，我們或會於本服務內另行通知。生效日後繼續使用本服務，即表示接受更新後的條款。
16. 終止
你可隨時停止使用本服務，並在功能可用時刪除帳戶。若你違反本條款，或我們停止提供本產品，我們可暫停或終止提供本服務或你的存取權。
依性質應繼續有效的條文（包括知識產權、免責、責任限制、彌償及管轄法律）於終止後仍然有效。
17. 管轄法律及爭議
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。在適用於你的強制性消費者保障規限下，香港法院具有專屬司法管轄權。

6. 广告
若你并非 Pro 计划用户，使用到站时间功能前须同意在本服务中显示广告（包括 Google AdSense）。同意显示广告后，非 Pro 用户方可使用到站时间。关闭广告会锁上非 Pro 的到站时间，直至你再次同意或升级至 Pro。
作为产品规则，广告不应阻挡到站时间的显示。广告内容由第三方提供；我们无法控制每一则广告。
Pro 计划在提供时，于购买时所示计划条款下，到站时间使用为无广告。
7. 使用分析

16. 终止
你可随时停止使用本服务，并在功能可用时删除账户。若你违反本条款，或我们停止提供本产品，我们可暂停或终止提供本服务或你的访问权。
依性质应继续有效的条文（包括知识产权、免责、责任限制、弥偿及管辖法律）于终止后仍然有效。
17. 管辖法律及争议
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。在适用于你的强制性消费者保障规限下，香港法院具有专属司法管辖权。
